For purposes of these terms and conditions, “You” and “Your” or “User” refers to you as the user of the site. By placing an order with Pistiprints.com or by otherwise using the Site, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Payment

 

  • You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the Site or our tax invoices (“Invoices”) to you, including any deposit required.
  • Payment can be made at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a product/service, or as set out in our Invoices, plus any applicable delivery charges based on the delivery options selected by you.

 

 Artwork

 

  • In the event that your order requires you to provide us with your design specifications (“Artwork”) for your product, your Artwork is required to meet our file specifications as set out on our Site or as notified to you by us.
  • We are not responsible for any errors in the digital file submitted to us by you.
  • We will require approval from you regarding any changes to the Artwork within two (2) business days before proceeding with production.
  • Colours on the Artwork may not match the finished product.
  • Any changes by you in the confirmed/submitted Artwork will be charged.

 

Delivery

 

  • We offer island-wide delivery or self collection.
  • The delivery charges are as such
    • Lalamove Bike SGD$15
    • Lalamove Car SGD$25
    • Free Delivery for orders above SGD$500
  • Option of Lalamove bike or car is dependent on the size of the product/service you purchased.
  • The delivery address must be provided when presenting the order request.

 

Availability

 

  • All purchases made with us are subject to availability.
  • If certain materials are out of stock, you will be recommended a substitute material to use that is similar to the intended material.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make a order on short-notice?

Yes, you can! But it would depend on the product you are printing. More importantly, all artwork must be submitted before 12pm.

How can I upload my artwork files?

You can send us your artwork through 3rd parties links like Google Drive or upload them in the product quotation form. Please note that uploading files late might affect the expected delivery date.

How will my product be packaged and delivered?

All of our products are packed securely in cardboard boxes. We currently have 2 collection options:

 

  1. Self-collection from our office at [email protected] during our business hours
  2. Local islandwide delivery with a fee of S$20/25 depending on the bulkiness of the product.

 

Delivery charges will be waived for orders exceeding S$500
